Behavioral Goals

  1. Read at least one book a week.
  2. Walk at least five days a week, 45-60 mins.
  3. Drink enough water to stay hydrated.
  4. Three meals everyday. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. No skipping meals!
  5. *No* fast food. Bring meals and snacks to work to avoid temptation. Plan menu ideas ahead of time.
  6. Bedtime is 11:30 or 30 minutes after getting home from work. Get a full 8 hours and don’t forget to take sleep meds.
  7. Avoid foods with sugar in the first three ingredients. (One exception a week.)
  8. No class skipping and no missing homework. No excuses.
