Weight Loss Action Plan

I’m not a fat girl. I don’t need to lose a whole person or anything, but I do tend to comfort eat, and sometimes, the pounds kind of gather. 

Nothing ever gets accomplished without an action plan and a bit accountability, and I tend to be forgetful, so need a place to jot things down. 

Starting weight, 1/20/09: 185 

The goal is 160. I recently took a health assessment as part of my health insurance plan at work, and they put my goal weight at 122 to 165. I have news for them: they are on crack. If I weighed 122, I would cease to exist. At 170, I look good. At 160, I’ll feel good, too. 

Goals:

  • Eat breakfast everyday
  • Stick to sweets rule; one a day, don’t overindulge. As of 2/9/09, go down to 5 a week.
  • Keep plenty of fresh foods in the house. Go shopping every few days for little bits, instead of all at once.
  • Go for a walk at least three times a week.
